How to get better at GK for GDPI and OMETs

Sure fire way to get better at General Awareness:-
This is a method I have been following for the last few weeks and its working out fine for me.
Research has shown that the best way to improve memory and to retain facts is to recall them.
So what you do is
1. Create an Excel sheet with columns -> Question, Clue, Answer, Related question, Related answer.
2. Now the key here is to change the font colour for Clue, Answer and Related Answer columns to white so that you cannot see the answer unless you highlight that cell.
3. Populate this excel sheet throughout the day with either PG GK thread questions or any other source.
4. Two times a day attempt to recall the answers to all the questions in the entire thread(trust me it doesnt take as long as you think it takes)
5. Every time you get a question wrong change the Question font colour to Red (attempt to answer using the clue), when you get it right change it to orange. When you get it right the 2nd time then change it to default colour.
Bonus tip - Sort the sheet with different criterion sometimes so that you dont get used to the order in which you recall.

Hope this helps.
